School shootings, sexual assaults, childhood sexual abuse, stalking, animal cruelty, bullying, and drunk driving are all offenses that are committed mostly by men and boys. With that said, to counterattack these propensities, I feel that we sternly need a Federal or White House Agency called Office on Male Accountability and Responsibility (OMAR).
This agency could have a division similar to TSA at airports and monitor all back packs and individuals at America's schools. Furthermore, this proposed agency could take a more direct approach in holding conventions in NBA arenas, NFL stadiums, and civic centers for a more public education of men and boys on animal cruelty, bullying, child abuse, drinking and driving, domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking.
