An innovative idea towards gun control is necessary to satisfy the wary public who wishes to address the issue, and the government who has largely avoided it due to the rights of responsible individuals who do treat firearms with care. Such a solution would be implementing Gun Ammunition Seals.
As guns are truly only dangerous when loaded, a Gun Seal would prevent incautious civilians from inserting bullets into the gun. It could only be opened by responsible officials once the appropriate identification has been presented and must be relocked after use. Such a device would also have a tracking sensor to identify the locations of all guns.
It would be required by law for all gun owners to purchase the seal, in turn providing tax dollars to the country in order to further ensure our safety.
