Creating a lane that will make it easy persons in a wheel chair or bicycle easier to pass by through coming traffic.

In today society their are know way for people with disability to pass on roads through in coming and upcoming through traffic. I ask why not develope a better lane that will make easier for them to manuver through out the street when traffic is approaching.
