creating one or two public school systems per state that offer associate degrees in certain fields at a reduced rate or free to qualified people is a great idea. if you offer higher education to poverty stricken homes,welfare recipients, single parents with low income it could possibly help this nations debt. if you have a college degree and apply it in the workforce you would no longer need welfare. you can climb out of poverty and be able to support your family. it would also fill jobs which means instead of paying welfare to people those people would be paying taxes. IF YOU GIVE A MAN A FISH YOU CAN FEED HIM FOR A DAY, IF YOU TEACH A MAN TO FISH YOU CAN FEED HIM FOR A LIFETIME.
