All members of Congress, Senate, espesially the President, any judges, and all elected and appointed officials nation wide are subject to all laws created by our Gov't with out exception. All punishments for crimes commited are equal for those handed out to citizens and elected representives. No one is above the law no matter what scandal it might cause.
