We ask the Obama administration to introduce 3 new Gun Control Laws and to submit them to Congress on Seperate Legislation. Each law should stand on its own and not be grouped into one massive bill.
Law One:
Introduce a Federal Ban on all Assault Rifles. We the people acknowlege that these are weapons of mass destruction and that no citizen should have the right to own or use. These firearms are designed for one purpose... to kill humans in an offensive action not self-defense.
Law Two:
Ban all gun sales from gun shows. Gun show vendors should no longer be trusted to conform to federal laws on their own. The fact that citizens can purchase firearms without any I.D. at all is well proven. Its Time for Gun Shows to only show guns.
Law Three:
Require a Mental Health backround check for all
