Creation of an amendment requiring that no law be enacted that does not effect all Americans equally including Congress.

That congress shall not pass any law, future or past, that does not equally affect the congressmen and the american people.
The automatic raises shall henceforth be suspended reverting to raises based upon work performance and time served.
Retirement & medical benefits shall be reduced to the same level and programs available to the american public unless paid for by the congressmen themselves.
That past laws be repealed that gave congress special privileges.
That congress be paid hourly at the same rate as the majority of Americans and only while congress is in session.
Term limits for all elected officials not to exceed four terms.
Full disclosure of all income including "gifts" and "donations"
