creation of the area known as Delmarva as the 51st State

Peacefully create the Area known today as Delmarva as the 51st state. The state would consist of the following State and parts of states, they being Delaware, Eastern Shore of Maryland and the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Our interest both politicaly, agraculturaly and its values are not consistant with the remaining sections of the effected States. We are not asking for seccesion, but a better representation for our shared area.
