Creation of a Bill of Vapers Rights within the United States

We the People whom Are Vapers or users of Electronic Cigarettes are Denied our rights as a Tax Paying Group of Members of The United States of America to execute our Constitutional rights of freedom of expression and are being treated as Second Class Citizens of our great nation for our Beliefs in our culture backed by Multiple Scientific Research Projects that have proven without a doubt that Vaping is indeed a safer alternative to the use of conventional Tobacco Cigarettes. We as a Organized Community of members do agree with certain Restrictions that the FDA would like to implement and have as a rule of law in regards to the minimum age required to purchase or use E-Liquids or Ecig devices in a proper manner.
