I request that the White House create a database of people who self-identify as never wanting to buy a gun.
If at some future date, people on this list wish to buy a gun then they will have to go before a judge and give a reason why they need to buy a gun and, then, the judge can decide if that person can go off the "Don't Want or Need a Gun"-list.
