Develop and pursue an amendment or federal law clearly delineating U.S. citizens right to record the actions of on-duty government public safety officers, agents, and employees. The current patchwork system of illegal confiscation and prosecution of protected First Amendment activities, even inside the same municipality, is unacceptable.
