Creation of Global Multi national U.S. Controlled force

I Adrian James Olmsted Petition the U.S. Government to create a international U.S. controlled force consisting of U.S., Canda, EU, and Germany. With a multi national force under one U.S. Military leader, focusing on one mission with full hardware access from all countries will create an unstoppable force that no countries in the world would dare challenge let alone fight. We have recently allowed Japan rearmament, respectfully most of the people who fought in the WWII have passed away.. We are hindering ourselves of our common goal, winning, Allowing full rearmament of Germany puts at our allies(which Germany is a now well established ally of the U.S.) a massive addition to U.S. Military Global Might,thus creating the solution to a multitude of Global Dominance issues, God Bless America
