When a forest grows too wild, a purging fire is inevitable and natural.
I am petitioning for the creation of the creation of an organization to be known as the "League of Shadows" as a "safety net" for modern society as we know it. This organization would operate outside of the bureaucracy that degrades our current justice system.
In todays society, the laws aren't weapons, but rather "shackles" on local law enforcement; helping the bad guys to get ahead.
By doing what is necessary,the "League of Shadows" could save the American people the shame of watching obviously guilty criminals take advantage of drawn out court preceedings and a flawed justice system. the organization could help to put fear into the hearts of those who would prey and the fearful.
