I ask that the Administration of the United States began to work with other World Leaders in the creation of a Moon Base. This Base is to be made available to all Nations where we can work in concert with one another as a Race, as a people. Where we can share our Scientific Knowledge and Social/Cultural Experiences. Learn and Grow as a species.
