Forming a New Constitutional Convention to reaffirm, reform, and create new apsects of and for the Constitution for this new era of the United States. Members of the Convention should be representative of the 2010 Census, however no member maybe a person that has ever had/run for a national office, no member may have had/run for state office in the last 10 years.
The Members should be sequestered to prevent outside influences from effecting in anyway the members til resolution or dissolution of the Convention
To be included will include the Constitutional Reform, Government, Tax reform, Law Reform, and State Border Reform
Once empowered the outcome of the Convention can not be refused or rebuked by any of the standing Government Branch's existing authority
To go into effect in 8 years
