Amendment 28

"Congress shall make no law that applies to the citizens of the United States that does not apply equally to any person holding a position within any branch of federal, state, or local government, law enforcement or military."

Amendment 29

"Congress shall hereby disband the electoral college, and remove delegates & super delegates ability to cast votes that would sway favor of an election in a manner that would oppose the will of the people's, majority vote.

"All Presidential elections & nominations would hereby & henceforth, be determined solely by the combined states majority (popular) votes, of the people."

"Congress shall also declare it an illegal & a criminal offense for any political candidate or party member to receive corporate donations."
