The United States Government has never addressed American's born with their disabilities. A younger population has benefited from these laws and their Organizations:
1. Physical barriers via public resources;
2. Education and employer incentives;
I was born disabled and deprived of an education. I educated myself and was still denied and or deprived employment; forcing me to continue surviving upon our "entitlement programs".
The entitlement concept violates human rights and or social norms seen around the world... The Civil Right Movement and their Legislative history indicates: the disabled being the only remaining group without their own Amendment. Addressing Our life situation.
