Creation of term limits for Congress, Senate, House and all other Elected Officials

Creation of Law to place term limits on all of congress, house, senate and other elected officials to a term of 8 years. Within this law will also be limits on starting salary to $80,000 to a cap of &150,000 by end of term, all bodies are not special and must use and abide by whatever laws they enact as do the American people and shall not be allowed to exempt themselves from any laws enacted or in place as are the people having to follow these laws. All who serve the country will upon end of term may seek another government position not previously held or may retire from the government and seek private sector work. All who have served will upon retirement at retirement age will receive a standardized government pension and must fund their own Heath care as do the American people.
