The terrorist organization, Daesh has been well documented for numerous atrocities such as public be-headings and mass killing which has resulted in the destruction of many communities. A establishment of a trust fund that helps the families to bring their daughters back to them would be appreciated. I understand that people are concerned that this trust would funnel money into Daesh's hand but I am confident that the fund could be used in a manner that would free these women without the giving money to Daesh.
