Credit Card rules should be brought into 21st century to accommodate Small Online Business.

Created by D.G. on December 19, 2012

Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express all have antiquated laws and do nothing to accommodate the online retailer. I believe these rules were written before the first computer was invented. Now these large credit card companies are stealing our money as well the dishonest consumer. Any person that knows how to work the credit card system, knows how to obtain "free" merchandise from any online retailer. The credit card company does not adhere to individual companies Terms and Conditions set forth by the small businesses to protect them from dishonest individuals, i.e., our Terms and Conditions state that once the package is delivered and scanned by FedEx, UPS or USPS the package is no longer our responsibility, so please have your package shipped to a secure address.
