Crimes against widows at the Survivors Outreach Center on Fort Bragg, NC committed by Amy J. Melendez and Joanie Hammons

My name is Quancidine Hinson-Gribble and on August 3, 2012, Amy J. Melendez and Joanie Hammons took possession of my Government issued Military ID Card without authorization. Once I asked for documentation Joanie Hammons had Amy J. Melendez call the MP's. During the time of the arrival of the MP's I told Joanie Hammons that her husband would be dis-honorably discharged as well as expressing this with Amy J. Melendez. Joanie Hammons response to me was, "we have been taking Government issued ID Cards" and nothing is going to be done about it. What I found out after I picked up the Military Police Report on August 10, 2012, was that the MP that showed up was "NOT DISPATCHED" so there for nobody knew what had been going on at the Survivors Outreach Office on Fort Bragg, NC.
