Criminal Background Checks after seven years if there are more criminal actions it should no longer be viewable to jobs

Criminal Background Checks should no longer be viewable to the public if the person as not been in any legal trouble after seven years. The state can keep a private record of the crimnal charges. No one other then the state should have access to those records. No one should have to live with pass mistakes all their lifes, some people do learn from their mistakes and would like to move on. They are denied jobs because of this and it makes it hard to survive and to make a change in life if no one wants to give them jobs for something they done as a teen or young adult. It also may cut back on some criminal actions. Where do you expect people to turn to when they are not giving a chance because of the background check that follows them where ever they go.
