We, the undersigned, to lessen the gun violence in our country, would like the Federal Government to impose a mandatory death penalty to any convicted criminal who commits a crime while using any type of firearm. If any state refuses to to uphold this Federal Mandate, Federal Assistance and tax breaks maybe denied to that state due to the increase of Federal money needed to curb gun violence in that state.
