Criminal violations by authorities and possibly an off duty officers conduct to my personal information behind closed doors, My neighbor Ryan Malone with the Oceanside Ca. police department and others, Possibly Willfully depriving me of my rights by pattern and practice with unreasonable and excessive force and not protecting my vowed constitution rights, Failure to keep me from harm and in violation of the color of the law of State and international human rights such as Genocide and other related atrocities. And all so i do not volunteer for anything dangerous.
