Criminal investigation of New Mexico judiciary for violations of Constitution, violations of Oath/Supremacy Clause

NM judiciary forced a civil case against the Petitioner without service of summons, taking 2nd Amendment rights without any convictions or felonies, by unconstitutional clause in family order of protection. Trial, Ct. App, S.Ct. denied 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 8th, 13th, 14th Amendment illegally turning a civil into a criminal conviction without any criminal complaint, indictment, trial, Miranda, attorney, jury, or due process. Trial Trial court then destroyed part of court record and Ordered clerks not to take or file any legal court papers and tried to block appeal. NM Ct. App. tried to block appeal of issues of judicial fraud and public corruption. New Mexico Supreme Court affirmed Constitution & law violation to cover up public corruption. DV-12-234 & DM-12-610. US Code Title 18, 241, 242
