Simply stated, any and all law enforcement agents who assert to violate the rights of citizens by passively or forcefully preventing audio and/or video recordings of the public service domain - namely, official or unofficial activity of law enforcement of all levels, ranks, and jurisdictions - shall face federal prosecution, in violation of a citizens' civil rights.
Establish a uniform and exact "safe distance", which allows such law enforcement agents to perform work, unobstructed, and allow citizens' to keep record from a distance that does not compromise the accuracy of their record.
Protect citizens' fourth amendment right to freedom of unreasonable search and seizures. Law enforcement shall not seize recordings or recording devices of citizens without documented consent.
