In lieu of a dynamically changing legal landscape, slow to foster opportunity for ex-offenders, it has become increasingly challenging for ex-felons to remain competitive in the marketplace, even after demonstrable rehabilitation via formal undergraduate degrees, community benevolence, and continuous improvement in regards to societal conscientiousness.
I hereby move on the Federal Courts, to impose a definitive path to criminal expungement, suppressing all criminal records from prospective employers, in good faith, based on provable, mitigating factors, and reasonable criteria, such as 7 continuous years of no further violations, etc.
Thereby giving Federal Courts executive authority to override the state's disposition on criminal expungement, provided aforementioned criteria is met.
