Criminal records should be sealed after living as a productive citizen after ten years of no convictions to stop poverty

This is to help with poverty rate for African Americans mostly, but all citizens could benefit from this. It will give people a chance to start over after making a mistake. Not only will it help the individual but the children of the convicted will also be able to have a better chance at having a better life and not have to suffer from the mistakes of their parents. It should be a program to go through to prove that people change it is the Christian way to forgive. Companies hold a persons record against them will keep the family in poverty everyone deserves a second chance.
