Criminalize the act smoking in a vehicle with a child present as child abuse.

Smoking has been shown to take years off of human lives, therefore smoking with a child present in your vehicle should be considered as child abuse. Children are forced to inhale second hand smoke effectively shortening their lives, and increasing risk of other health problems. With this, smoking in a vehicle with anyone under the legal age to smoke should be covered under this act.
