Criminalize and prosecute alcohol and tobacco in a manner similar to cannabis.

Created by P.F. on October 28, 2011

Since the Obama administration has made it clear that they will not stand for Cannabis, a "dangerous" and unsafe drug, it has become clear that there is a discrepancy in administration policy.

At this time, there are 79,000 deaths a year from alcohol, as reported by the CDC.

There are 443,000 deaths a year from tobacco, as reported by the CDC.

There have been 0 deaths a year from Cannabis.

However, it is still regarded as a dangerous drug. In light of this attitude, it becomes obvious that a logically-consistent policy be put in place, and that Alcohol and Tobacco be immediately re-labeled as Schedule I drugs, and prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
