Criminalize Animal Testing in the Cosmetics Industry

For those of us who are familiar with the movie Legally Blonde 2, You know exactly what we pretend to achieve by starting this Petition.
The issue of Animal Testing has been brought up several times, but we have never had a response from the government on what they pretend to do on that matter. It is time to take action.
For animals to spend their lives in cages dying there needs to be an extremely good cause. In some cases, there is one: Scientists need animals to test on to find cures for certain diseases.
Animals who suffered their whole lives because a Cosmetics Brand wanted to create a new type of Mascara, or develop a new lipstick shade, is absurd & cruel in every way shape or form.
If this seems like too much to ask, give us a reason. And making some ladies mad doesn't count.
