Criminalize bullying, allow full prosecution and create federal rules for reporting, investigation and punishment.

Created by L.S. on August 05, 2013

Make schools safe and fun for students.

Clear leadership and fast action is needed to address the issues caused by bullying in the public school systems.

Bullying affects students education, their health and can put the lives of students at risk of suicide from depression and fear, as well as homicide. Students affected both academically and psychologically are not limited to those being bullied.

Strict disciplinary teaching and parenting rules make the choices for addressing bullying for both parents and teachers alike very hard and few. Lack of tools on both sides results in total lack of respect for authority in family or school.

Bullying needs to be addressed and strict rules for violators must exist and be enforceable, reducing the burden for educators and their students.
