De-automization and rehumanization of government Act
Imposes a fine of up to $10000 and/or a sentence of no more than twenty-four months in a federal prison for fully automating any government agency service line.
Any individual who implements a phone tree on behalf of any government agency where individuals cannot contact a human being within one hour or be wait listed to be contacted by a human being shall be deemed guilty of a felony punishable by a fine of up to $10,000 and or up to twenty four months in federal prison.
Any individual who programs or instructs any individual to program any government agency's automated telephone system to disconnect a patron shall be deemed guilty of a felony punishable by a fine of up to $10,000 and or up to twenty four months in federal prison.
