In recent months a new law suit troll has emerged. This time in the form of a Revenge Porn (involuntary porn) Kingpin James Mcgibney and his lawsuit troll lawyer Jason (Jay) Leiderman. They are suing everything from Twitter accounts to filing harassing SLAPP litigation against anyone whom may criticize them.
Jason (Jay) Leiderman has filed many suits against the same class of individuals in some 10 different forums causing these individuals to have to defend themselves in each or face default judgement.
James McGibney owns a Revenge Porn company called ViaView, Inc. and is the Plaintiff in these suits.
They choose their targets at what appears to be randomly. Suing Twitter accounts, defendant's attorneys, poor, old, ailing & vulnerable people.
Lawfare harassment must be stopped.
