Criminalize the making of doomsday and end times conspiracies.

Long have people made up fake predictions often resulting in the insertion of people with moldable thought processes into insane asylums, using religion & beliefs to cause mass panic & gain profit without any repercussions from the people they had harmed along the way, stressing thousands of people over doomsday scenarios that have never happened. This should be criminalized for exactly this reason, it does not abridge our first amendment rights due to the fact that this is a social disturbance which effects other peoples lives, that should make this against the law. Many children who surf the internet are effected by this everywhere they go even on the friendly sides of sites like YouTube, advertisements appear and effect peoples children and even people themselves.
