Criminalize police, attorneys, or judges who arrest, charge, or indict persons with heavy charges for minor offenses. The legal world has been a safe haven for racism, sexism, and other methods of discrimination in that those who are in those positions feel an unyielding and boundless sense of power. Those persons who take their level of fairness and responsibility lightly, and who use their perceived level of power self- righteously over others need to be criminalized and removed immediately from such positions, as they are an extreme hazard to the community as a whole.
