We, the people of Eastern Ukraine, urge the United States and the entire international community to recognize the actions in eastern Ukraine, a crime against the people. In Slavyansk Kramatorsk, Mariupol, Donetsk, Ukrainian authorities applied IARF weapons destruction (mortars, howitzers, heavy machine guns) against the civilian population. Shelled residential areas and public places, for which there is ample evidence of eyewitnesses, as well as photo and video evidence. Similar demand to the authorities, a crime against their own people, to investigate and judge the criminals under international law
