Criminally charge all Police Officers who infringe our rights to record them in public and bar them from police work.

Created by E.O. on May 04, 2012

The American People do not feel safe being "protected" from Police who in the past have infringed our rights to record them in public. It is their choice to become a Police Officer, and as such they are becoming a public servant. It is the right for us as Citizens to record them; in attempt to collect evidence against them should they be committing a crime. The fact that a Police Officer would even consider preventing an individual from recording them while performing this public service is dangerous.

I am tired of seeing Officers simply being put on suspension or fired for these criminal acts. Having done something like this, they need to be fired and charged criminally. If they are found guilty, they should not be allowed another position as a Police Officer or Security Guard.
