The Bush adminisitration had prior knowledge of the events of 9/11/2001. The Bush administration covered up evidence, lied to the American people, and perpatrated the attack. Al-Qeada was created as a database of fighters from the Russian-Afghanistan war, and those fighters were under the control of the CIA from 1989-2001. The Bush Administration was aware of this fact. Osama Bin Laden was never charged with conducting the attack of 9/11/2001 by the FBI due to the fact that they did not have "enough evidence" to do so according to the FBI in 2001. The Bush administration secured all video evidence of the attack on the Pentagon in order to hide the truth. Donald Rumpsfeld personally changed the operating procedures for hijacked planes prior to 9/11/2001 in order to allow the attack to occur
