Criminally charge Jane Fonda for violating 10 U.S. Code § 904 - Art. 104 as a U.S. citizen during the Vietnam Conflict when she did knowingly and without proper authority of the U.S. government communicated or corresponded with or holds any intercourse with the enemy, either directly or indirectly. A crime punishable by death or such other punishment as a court-martial or military commission may direct.
