Recently HSBC was found guilty of laundering drug cartel and terrorist money while deliberately duping the US Federal Government.
Worried about jobs, the Administration has decided to fine HSBC (2 weeks worth of earnings) and to NOT criminally prosecute any of the Wall st. Execs who knowingly deceived the government. This is domestic terrorism deliberately designed to undercut the laws of the country we love and is unacceptable. They do NOT deserve a pass and the administration promised to crack down on Wall st.
In short, it's time. If corporations are people, they must be made an example of, rather than being treated as if they are above the law.
