My Fiancée Jermaine Pickens was falsely accused of Murder/Robbery & sentenced to Life Without Parole on October 5, 1993. Jermaine was railroaded by a Sherriff's OSS Detective. There was no DNA evidence that linked Jermaine to the crime. His conviction was solely based on Mistaken Identity. Jermaine was not at all involved in the crime, had no knowledge of the crime until he was arrested & was not located in the city the crime was committed. Eyewitnesses picked Jermaine out of a 6-pack tainted photo line up. The main eyewitness was a 15 year old boy who refused to make any identification due to the constant pressure from his mother. The boy's Mother wanted no involvement in the case so therefore she provided minimal cooperation. We are desperately seeking your help to Jermaine's freedom.
