The United States Justice System has seen an increase of lawsuits that have no clear indication that a Federal, State, or Local law/ordinance has been broken, or attempted to have been broken.
A lawsuit, regardless of reason, takes a toll on the court system and creates a court backlog which can prevent a judge from hearing a case involving civil rights violations - or similar case - for months or in Federal courts can take years for a judge to hear the case.
We urge the Obama Admistration to take affirmative action in curbing the amount of senseless lawsuits that are filled everyday in the United States of America. By taking affirmative action on this issue, we can take the first steps into bringing swift justice to people whom need it the most in this country.
