To create a mandatory sentencing guideline for all convicted of a gun crime. All who are convicted of a crime, and that crime involved using a firearm, creating a mandatory ten (10) year addition to the crime, with an 85% serve time to run consecutively with the sentence for the original crime. This would not be able to be pleaded out, nor placed on any type of non-incarceration punishment. This would also not be a parole eligible punishment.
