Cure cancer!! Get all the leading doctors and scientists on a team and cure the disease. This should be done not for profit, but for the love of your people. We all know that there is no money to be made after the disease is cured, and that there are billions to be made in permanent treatment and research. If you think about it, the more people you save, the more money you get from taxes.
If you cannot do this you should provide funding to companies that have the same mission as I have stated. While each research company claims to want to cure the disease, most are looking for the most profitable way of doing it.
