In recent years, we've seen an incredible deterioration of the US dollar and a weakened economy which is already beginning to destroy the middle class, and all hope of a good future. I say we need to do something about this soon, before it's too late!
My realization is that we need something to stimulate our pale economy, and I have just the answer. Cats are truly the currency of the future. Just a few of these furry friends would unleash an array of joy and economic growth across the country. With cats to spend, people would be more inclined to purrchase items and stimulate the economy. What country wouldn't let us pay debts in cats? It's an undeniably fantastic situation that would please everyone.
This is the only option left for America: Restore our economy now... USE CATS!
