Current and future Inauguration's will no longer be public to avoid unnecessary costs to the taxpayers.

Created by K.P. on November 15, 2012

Money obtained from taxes will not be budgeted or used to pay for current or future inaugurations as that spent in 2008 – 150 million.
For the current and future presidents, to forgo extravagant ceremonies and costs associated with Inauguration at the expense of Federal and State taxes. To forgo unnecessary security detail at the cost of the tax payer, the President will be televised taking the oath of office before a joint session of the United States Congress in the House of Representatives chamber of the United States Capitol.
