Current law validation for police and citizens.

To reduce false arrests, police misconduct educate the public, protect freedom and justice.
Because police officers can not memorize and know all the laws and often do not, there must be provided a way to confirm and research current laws while interacting with a citizen, whiteness or suspect. While detaining, questioning or arresting any person, if challenged for the lawful reason for an arrest or detention, an officer must validate the lawful reason with a 3rd party non police affiliated body. This body will have up to date law documents or access to them, including supreme court rulings, and local state laws that contradict the constitution of the United States.
