Pass a law that requires phone companies to help:
1 > Enables citizens-Customers to assist in the privacy and effectiveness of DO NOT CALL scam-spams and identity theft.
2 > Phone companies create an app and offers to citizens the choice to add callers to DO NOT CALL registry or BLOCK calls locally on their own phones. Nuisance numbers can be identified to the National Phone call registry and customer consumers have the ability to protect their identities and add protect their own privacy as it happens!
3 > Integrate the national databases of this between all carriers into the DO NOT CALL Registry and identify phone spoofing with cyber-security measure in SCADA and TELCOM. Give the project to the Presidential Innovation Fellows to help design and integrate. I'm willing to help. :)
