Cut $71,000,000,000 per year from the federal budget deficit by simply taxing churches!
According to the Center for Inquiry, http://www.centerforinquiry.net/newsroom/u.s._loses_over_71_billion_in_r..., we are losing a majority of our country's money to the non-taxpayers of churches. We could be spending $71 BILLION a year on IMPORTANT endeavors, but instead we refuse to tax churches?
I find this to be a HUGE flaw. Let's tax churches. Think of all the good we can do with $71 billion dollars more a year! It's unbelievable that this is occurring and no one cares. Gods don't need money, they are all powerful right? So certainly $71 BILLION DOLLARS is a little much don't you think? It isn't like they can't afford it.
